White, Burgundy, Forest Green, Red, and Black,.
Introducing something new for us here at the Alpine Art Center. We are inviting our
customers to bring in or do their own catering if they so desire for a
limited time and as a trial basis. You can now rent the Alpine Art Center
with or without catering.

There is a set up time
between day and evening events of two hours. This time is for setting up and
cleaning for the evening event. Ending time for day events will be strictly
adhered to. Additional tables, linens, dinnerware, and chairs may be rented
for an additional charge. Evening events may be extended past 10:00 hour
with additional charge.
ATTENTION OUTSIDE CATERERS:
Caterers please pay attention to these requirements and
policies. It is acceptable to use: sinks, convention oven - convection oven
- stove top - and microwave for warming food ONLY. No cooking for event
permissible. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is best to bring everything already prepared.
It is not acceptable for use of any thing else. Nothing from drawers,
fridges, freezers, walk-ins, cupboards, closets. Bring in your own aprons,
dish towels, soap etc. We only provide ice, trash cans, and trash liners.

regularly reserved evening time.

Garden Receptions:
The gardens around the
Art Center
are for your enjoyment. There is no additional charge for events should you
or your guest desire to walk the gardens and or take pictures. There is a
rental charge when you want to move your event out of doors. The rate
includes the standard event rental items. Garden receptions add. $200 per
event.
Deposits:
It is required that a
deposit be made to reserve your date and event. Also a separate cleaning and
security deposit of $200 is required for self catered events and will be
returned upon satisfactory inspection after event.
