Standard Event Rental Package:

Main Gallery, Banquet Rooms, Private Dressing Rooms for Bride and Groom. 10 Round tables, 80 chairs, Set up and Clean up, Background Music, Dance Floor, Piano, Registration Table, Cake Table, Display Table, Gift Table, Colored linens for tables: Cream, White, Burgundy, Forest Green, Red,  and Black,.

There is a set up time between day and evening events of two hours. This time is for setting up and cleaning for the evening event. Ending time for day events will be strictly adhered to. Additional tables, linens, dinnerware, and chairs may be rented for an additional charge. Evening events may be extended past 10:00 hour with additional $125/hr charge.

POLICY FOR SELF CATERED EVENTS;  Caterers please pay attention to these requirements and policies. It is acceptable to use: sinks and counter top areas.  No cooking for event permissible. No refrigerators or freezer space available. Not to use our utensils, silverware, glassware etc. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is best to bring everything already prepared.  Bring in your own aprons, dish towels, soap etc if you desire to wash things here. We only provide: trash cans, and trash liners, broom, dust pan, and a mop. You are responsible for clean up of buffet serving tables and area around them as well as kitchen area and counter tops (this means sweep, mop if necessary and wipe off counters). A $200 security and cleaning deposit will be required for self catered events and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection after event. (Things we look for: cleanliness, damage, and if any equipment or utensils have been used without permission.)

Extended Rental Hours

You may extend time after regularly reserved evening time.

Garden Receptions:

The gardens around the Art Center are for your enjoyment. There is no additional charge for events should you or your guest desire to walk the gardens and or take pictures. There is a rental charge when you want to move your event out of doors. The rate includes the standard event rental items. Garden receptions add. $200 per event.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Deposits:

It is required that a deposit of ½  of rental charge  be made to reserve your date and event. (Example: If Rental charge is $800 then a deposit of $400 is required)  Also a separate cleaning and security deposit of $200 may be required.

               

 

DJ and Sound Equipment Rental

Ceremonies:

Inside ceremony      (Includes rehearsal, chair set up take down and music)                                       $175

Outside ceremony   (Includes rehearsal, chair set up take down and music)                                       $225

Deluxe ceremony     (Make any ceremony deluxe by adding carpet and chair tooling and bows)        $100

               

Cake Service:

This charge is for cutting and serving wedding cake regardless of who furnished the cake.

 Includes use of knife and server set….
