POLICIES:

 

RESERVATION HOURS;

The Alpine Art Center is available for bookings Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is necessary for you to talk with one of our wedding and event specialists. Reservations by appointment only.

 

BUSINESS HOURS:

Alpine Art Center Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

 

EVENT HOURS;

The Alpine Art Center hours for renting Wedding and Receptions are;

Day Event Hours 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Evening Event Hours 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm

All Day Events 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Hours between 3pm and 5pm are for cleaning and set up for evening event. Closed Sundays.

For Business, School or other rentals see Other Events.

 

DEPOSITS:

There is a non-refundable deposit required to reserve all events. All monies deposited go directly towards the rental fees and are not in addition to them. See cancellations and refunds.

 

PAYMENTS:

All monies for invitations and special orders will be paid in advance when orders are made.

Full payment of all events must be made two weeks prior to event or forfeit deposit, and be liable for full rental and food costs, and transfer of event to a future rental opportunity. Exceptions must be obtained only from your weddings and events specialist.

Payments may be made by check, money order, or credit card. We accept at this time VISA and MASTERCARD only.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS :

Monies deposited will be returned in full if request is made within the immediate 3 working days. Once booked and the 3 days pass there will be only partial deposit money returned. The reason is that we will have posted the booking on our web site as not available and we lose the opportunity to book it. See rental agreement for cancellation and transfer charges.

 

LIABILITY:

You are renting the Alpine Art Center as a private party and will be responsible for all damages that occur during your event, either by yourself or your guests. The Art Center assumes no responsible for lost or stolen items. Ask the event coordinator for a key to the Brides’ and Grooms’ rooms to help secure personal articles during the event. AAC is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft in the parking lot.

The renting party may not collect for damages incurred or implied from the Alpine Art Center for more than the total amount paid for services rendered.

 

CATERING:

The Alpine Art Center does in house catering. We have an excellent staff that prepares your food on location so that it is the best possible for your event. We use the freshest and highest quality products to insure your complete satisfaction.

 

HOUSE RULES:

Please do not throw rice, birdseed, confetti, glitter or anything or material that may cause extra cleanup.

Place nothing on or near the piano. It is very expensive and you will be expected to pay for any and all damages. Only qualified pianists will be allowed to play it. Ask for their approval.

Please do not move any paintings, plants or sculpture from where they are located.

Please cleanup the parking lot if it is necessary following car decorating.

No outside food or drink is permitted, Exception when paid as a self catered event.

Smoking is not permitted in the building or garden area.

Rose petals and bubbles may be used but it is the responsibility of the renting party to immediately clean them up. There will be fees assessed for any and all added cleanup and or damages.

 

CAKE SERVICE:

It is allowed for you to bring in your own wedding cake. There will be a service charge assessed for the cake cutting, plating and cleanup. There is an additional fee when the wedding cake is in sheet or pan form.

 

ALCOHOL SERVICE:

There is an alcohol service fee of $175 assessed when alcohol is brought in. There is no exception as to whether it is one toast of champagne or service all evening. We will provide a table and linens, ice and space in a walk in cooler for chilling your beverage. You must have on duty a licensed bar tender with current certification. You must also provide or have provided a server for every 100 guests. You accept all responsibility for the guests conduct and behavior. Ask the Art Center for references to licensed and insured bartenders.
