apples, vine ripened red grapes, celery and walnuts in a whipped cream
sauce.

blended with broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, vine ripened tomatoes and

Meals service is at the table, however may also
be served buffet style. (This does not mean all you can eat. If you want
that service an additional charge may be appropriate.) There is
no mandatory service gratuity added, but left to your choice. A 7.50% sales
tax is a added on all meals, and all meals are subject to change until
account is finalized 2 weeks prior event. Menu is not firm. Substitutions are
permissible.
